Beneath the Frame.
Every canvas begins in silence, and ends in conversation.
My journey into curation began in 2024, when I joined the Aqua Art Exhibition as an intern. For the first time, I stood not in front of the canvas, but behind it: adjusting light, aligning frames, and learning how space itself could speak.
That sense of connection inspired me to create something of my own. Later that year, I founded Sắc Art Gallery, a student-led platform dedicated to nurturing young Vietnamese artists and reimagining cultural expression through contemporary eyes.
Under the guidance of curators and artists, I discovered that exhibitions are living organisms. Every placement, every shadow and every pause becomes part of the narrative. Through this experience, I began to understand curation as an art of empathy: the act of arranging silence, texture, and rhythm so that others might feel before they understand.
